Character
Who dances it: Everyone
Pidichtos ("leaping dance") is a family of lively dances, with a variant in every district of Crete. The Lasithi form is one of the best known, alongside the Steiakos (Sitia) and Anogianos pidichtos. In Ierapetra it almost always follows the angaliastos.
