Character
Who dances it: Everyone
A leaping dance from Kissamos in Chania with six steps, now danced by men, once mixed. The name "Roumatiani" was given by lyra player Konstantinos Papadakis (Naftis), because the dancers of recent generations came from Palaia Roumata. Not to be confused with the sousta of Rethymno.
